This upscale residence features 4 bedrooms on the upper level, including a master bedroom with an ensuite, walk-out balcony, and a walk-in robe. The two additional bedrooms with queen beds are separated by a rumpus room, while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and enjoy cooling sea breezes through opened windows. Plantation shutters provide privacy and protection from heat and sun.
Downstairs offers two living areas, a kitchen with a gas stove and coffee machine, a spacious dining area, and a sitting area for quiet moments. The bathroom on this level is accessible from the backyard, perfect for surf enthusiasts returning to rinse off salt and sand.

• You may not exceed the number of people specified on your booking.
• The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area.
• The hot water is not continuous and excess use may result in this running out if the amount of hotwater in the tank is exceeded and may result in a period of time without hot water.
