Lakeshores Management (NSW) Pty. Ltd (hereafter called Lakeshores) regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Lakeshores users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

In order to use the online booking systems on our websites, we may require information relating to your your name, address, phone contact details, email address, Credit Card and/or direct debit details. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts.

Any Internet Contact Details, and Payment Details collected from Lakeshores’ customers is required in order to provide you with our services and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references.

We use this information to contact you about the goods and services on our sites. Lakeshores Management (NSW) Pty Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites and may collect personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Websites. Bookings and/or orders If you make a booking with us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our booking forms. You must provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to book your requirements. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications

Lakeshores uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as confirmation Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at support@lakeshores.com You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Third Parties

We use other third parties to provide the essential links between the banks and ourselves in order to provide credit card payment gateway services on our site. We will share your Internet Merchant Account details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Lakeshores does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons /Web Bugs). Our third party advertising partner, Google Adwords, employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information. Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s Initials. We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their testimonial. If at any time the customer feels that they no longer wish to have their testimonial posted on the site they can request for it to be removed by emailing us at support@lakeshores.com.
