The apartment boasts distant views all the way out to Redhead Bluff across Blacksmiths' Nine Miles Beach from the lovely outdoor deck, living area, and the master bedroom which is located upstairs.

Featuring waterfall edge stone island benchtops in the kitchen, soft close cupboards, and stainless steel appliances, you can entertain or relax as much as you like. Fall asleep to sounds of the surf and catch a glimpse of sunrises over the ocean while enjoying the outdoor living area.

The private master suite is upstairs, away from the other bedrooms and includes Queen bed, ensuite and corner nook and robes.
A rarely needed split system air features in the master suite & open plan living but you will notice plenty of sea breezes to make your stay comfortable. A second master bedroom with queen bed and walk in and third bedroom with single bed, are situated on the lower living level.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the apartment and community grounds. There is dedicated parking for two cars in the secure lock up garage.

Neighborhood

Caves Beach is well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. There also is Frenchmans Beach, Hams Beach and Spoons Beach (which is a smaller beach).

Caves Beach is patrolled in the warmer month and offers well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. There is also a Kiosk with hot and cold foods, drinks and lollies for the kids.

On your way down to the beach, you also pass an IGA, Gelato and The Mawson which is great for a couple of casual drinks and a great meal.

Getting Around

The Palms at Caves Beach is in close proximity to local bus stops, cab and Uber services.

Other things to note

This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.

There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.

Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.
