Clean is not enough
The property must be presented to a guest-ready standard, not just cleaned.
Photos are mandatory
Every clean must be supported with clear photographic evidence.
Inspect before arrival
High-risk or premium properties must be physically checked before guests arrive.
Cleaning & Inspection Workflow
Step 1
Cleaner Completes Job
- Full clean completed to Lakeshores standard
- Linen replaced based on usage
- Bins emptied and reset
Step 2
Cleaner Report Submitted
- Photos uploaded
- Issues noted (damage, missing items)
- Linen usage confirmed
Step 3
Office Review
- Check photos for quality and completeness
- Review notes for issues
- Create tasks if needed
Step 4
Inspection (if required)
- High-value properties checked in person
- Check presentation and setup
- Confirm guest-ready standard
Step 5
Issues Actioned
- Maintenance tasks raised
- Cleaner called back if required
- Urgent issues escalated
Step 6
Property Approved
- Ready for guest arrival
- No outstanding issues
- Notes recorded in Property Stack

Lights, appliances, locks, TVs and WiFi working.
Cleanliness
No dust, hair, stains or smells.
Setup
Correct beds made, amenities stocked.
Safety
No hazards, broken items or risks.
Outdoor
BBQ clean, bins correct, no debris.
Non-Negotiables
- Every clean must have photos
- Issues must be logged in Property Stack
- No property is “assumed ready”
- Inspections required where risk is higher
- Guest arrival must never be compromised
