On the ground floor you will find two identical sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two King Single beds, ensuites and walk in robes, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and another separate toilet for your convenience.
Decorated in a modern easy care, coastal theme with hardwood look floors, comfy lounges and modern entertainment systems including streaming TVs and audio this home will not disappoint and you will want to come back again and again. On this level is the open plan lounge area that leads out onto the tiled undercover outdoor living area, kitchen with BBQ/cooking facilities and alfresco dining area. There is a lovely garden and backyard to relax in that is separate from the entertainment area, and an outdoor shower to wash of the salt and sand from a hard day laying on the beach and catching waves.
Upstairs you will find a huge open plan living area, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has underbench stainless steel oven, dishwasher and a large walk in pantry and all the modern conveniences you need to cook up a storm, as well as stunning stone benchtops. This area further opens up to a large undercover deck with stunning ocean views. The deck area has privacy screens on rollers which can also be used as shutters if required.
Bedrooms one and two are found on this upper level, and just like the bedrooms downstairs, both have ensuite bathrooms and walk in robes. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a King bed. Yet another separate toilet can be found on this level.

OUR GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY
All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Our neighbours have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes and NO ANTISOCIAL behaviour will be tolerated. There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Driver’s License to establish the identity of our guest. The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number allowed to be at the property during your stay, including visitors. Any additional visitors must be approved by a prior written agreement with Lakeshores staff.
The reservation price is based on a minimum number of (4) guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please ensure you have entered the correct number of guests (children under 2 are no charge) when booking or enquiring.
We aim to be Eco-Friendly - we may supply basic Shampoo, Conditioner or Body Wash, but it is suggested you bring your own personal bathroom products/amenities. We will supply hand wash and basic kitchen essentials.
Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your stay. Please bring your own Pool/Lake/Beach towels.
We strongly encourage you to take out an inexpensive Third Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy. This will cover you for emergencies or event cancellations, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions that we do not provide refunds for
