Looking for the perfect spot to escape the busy city life? Well, you have found it! Treasure Island is a unique, newly renovated 1 bedroom home which is ideal for a couple or small family. You can also bring your fur baby along on the holiday with you! With an outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, indoor fireplace, and more, this home has everything you need for a relaxing escape.
Treasure Island has a coastal-boho theme that helps you feel relaxed and calm on your getaway. The main bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The living room is in the heart of the house, which has a fireplace, ceiling fan, TV, comfy lounge that opens up to a queen-size sofa bed, and as the area is open planned, the kitchen is right next to you. If you prefer to cook outdoors, there is a BBQ and a pizza oven, there is also an outdoor fire where you can sit around and enjoy the peaceful surrounds.

The modern bathroom features a marble look with a shower that you can sit and relax in. You could even take in a sneaky shower wine or beer. There are onsite laundry facilities that have both a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a desk at Treasure Island if you require to do some work while you are away.
Guests will have access to the entire home
Swansea sits on the mouth of Lake Macquarie, close to a number of beaches, famous caves at Caves Beach and the historic mining village at Catherine Hill Bay.
You are on either side of the beach and saltwater lake, you also have Swansea Public Pool. There is a range of activities to choose from such as kayaking, water skiing, stand up paddleboarding, fishing and surfing etc. There are also many national park trails for walkers and mountain bikers.
Whilst staying in Swansea you have lots of eatery's to choose from such as Swansea RSL overlooking the channel, Swansea Pub, many cafes and other options in Caves Beach.
Buses, taxis and UBER are available.
This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.
