Located only a short walk to the beach, this 3 bedroom home has amazing panaormic views from every East facing window of the house. You can relax on the back balcony while watching the waves roll in.
With free wifi, and a fourth bedroom/teenagers retreat with sofa beds and ping pong table, it is perfect for the whole family.
The large backyard is secure, it is perfect for kids to kick a ball around. This home is also pet-friendly.
With amazing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Lake Macquarie, this 3-bedroom home is perfect for a family getaway by the beach.
You can cook a delicious meal while you watch the waves crash at the beach in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel oven/cooktop, and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen area is a table where you can sit indoors, or you can sit on the back balcony at the outdoor table. You can see amazing views of the ocean, lake, channel and all the way to the mountains, from the balcony, this area also has a BBQ. The open plan living area is air-conditioned with a cozy lounge, flat screen tv and a small sitting area for you to read a book.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, all 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a shower and toilet, plus a private balcony which is at the front of the house, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both the second and third bedrooms have split queen beds, on request the default bedding configuration can be changed.
The downstairs area is open planned and can be used as a 4th bedroom or teenager retreat, it has 2 double sofa beds and a second TV. The third bathroom is located down here with a shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry.
The home has a large garage and driveway for you to bring multiple cars or your boat, there are local boat ramps less than 5 minutes away at both Swansea and Blacksmiths. The secure backyard is great for the kids to kick a ball around, you can even bring your dog along for the family holiday (outdoor only).
Located in Caves Beach, the home is only a short drive or walk to the local shops and cafes. You can walk to the patrolled beach which is located 300m down the road to explore the caves on low tide or attend an event at the Caves Beach Surf Club, or if the lake is more your thing, Swansea and Pelican are both less then 5 minutes away.
The guest has entire access to the house and garage.
Caves Beach is well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. There also is Frenchmans Beach, Hams Beach and Spoons Beach (which is a smaller beach).
Caves Beach is patrolled in the warmer month and offers well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. There is also a Kiosk with hot and cold foods, drinks and lollies for the kids.
On your way down to the beach, you also pass an IGA, Gelato and The Mawson which is great for a couple of casual drinks and a great meal.
Bring the family down to Caves Beach for a great day out.
Waves @ Caves is in close proximity to local bus stops, cab and Uber services.
This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.
