The large open plan living area opens onto a full-length balcony overlooking the lake and surrounding area.
The first-floor open plan living level is light and airy and features quality tiled floors, fully upholstered sofas, glass top banquet table with 8 dining contemporary dining chairs, air conditioning and a wall-mounted, 65 inch Smart TV. There are expansive lake views and the fully retractable smoked glass stack-a-doors open out onto a large undercover balcony, providing a large indoor/outdoor living and entertainment area.
Food preparation is a joy with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic cooktops and a glorious view from the window down to the lake and beyond.
The fully carpeted Master bedroom with a Queen Sized bed is also on the first floor and is light and airy with ample built-in wardrobe space. Lie in bed and enjoy the view through a smoked glass door which opens out directly onto the balcony looking down the road to the lake. The bedroom features its own luxury en suite bathroom with shower and spa bath.
The ground floor has another 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and share a bathroom complete with bath and shower recess.
For family accommodation at its finest, Flexi 3 is the answer.
Entry is through the front door at the end of an undercover verandah. There is also undercover parking for two cars with internal access from the garage which has remote control doors.
There is also is ample room for a boat or additional vehicles.
Belmont is a great place to relax and unwind, just a short stroll to the lake and a short drive to the beach. Belmont is on the eastern shore of beautiful Lake Macquarie on the NSW North Coast, making it a relaxing getaway. Discover ocean beaches and nature reserves, and enjoy fun activities like sailing, water sports, golf and cycling. Thrill-seekers can also try tandem skydiving.
The 16 Footers Sailing Club is a short walk away and offers great meals and entertainment. Also located on the foreshore there is the 'Belmont Bath's', the bath is quite large and is enclosed with shark netting to make it safe for everyone to swim in, along with a 70-metre jetty for the kids to jump off.
The baths also offer an accessible ramp for wheelchairs.
Life in Belmont revolves around the beautiful lakefront, many cafes and restaurants that overlook Australia's largest coastal saltwater lake.
Along the beautiful foreshores, there are also BBQ facilities, picnic tables and other facilities to make the area very family friendly.
Buses and Taxis are readily available in Belmont, however, to truly experience all there is to offer we would suggest travel by car.
Other things to note
One medium size dog (Strictly Outdoors only) permitted at an additional fee. Bring your own bedding, food and water bowls. There is a small enclosed side yard with access to the garage for sleeping and weather protection.

This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.
